Harmonize Coffee Roasters is built on a deep respect for the land, the farmers, and the craft of roasting. Founded in Bali by Bebe Sangkarya — a certified Q Grader and lifelong coffee farmer — Harmonize is both a working roastery and a movement to reconnect people to the real story behind their coffee. Every batch is roasted with care, balancing precision with soul, and highlighting the unique flavors of Indonesia’s diverse coffee regions.

As a roastery rooted in farming, we source directly from producers we know and trust — many of them right here in Bali. This direct trade approach isn’t just about better prices or transparency. It’s about working shoulder-to-shoulder with growers to improve quality at every step, from picking to processing to roasting. We offer both single-origin and custom blends, always roasted fresh and tailored for cafés, restaurants, and coffee lovers who care where their coffee comes from.

Our roastery is located in central Bali and serves as a hub for education, cupping, and collaboration. We host regular tastings, roast sessions, and origin talks to deepen people’s understanding of what makes great coffee truly great. Whether you’re a barista, roaster, café owner, or just someone curious to learn more, we welcome you into the process — and invite you to taste the difference direct trade makes.

Harmonize also proudly distributes the Manah Flavours range — including real vanilla syrup, sticky chai, and cacao blends — to cafés across Bali. It’s part of our broader mission: to champion honest ingredients, elevate local producers, and bring better products to the hospitality world.
