The vision

Bringing the whole supply chain together — at origin.

For too long, the value of Indonesian ingredients has been built far from the farms that grow them. Our Learning Centre flips that model — a single campus in Tabanan where farmers, makers, scientists and buyers meet, learn, process and innovate together.

It is part school, part factory, part laboratory and part living showcase of what a regenerative food system can look like. A place where the next generation of Balinese growers can train, where spices are processed to world-class standards, and where waste becomes the next raw material.

What lives here

Four pillars, one campus.

Each part of the centre supports the others — education feeds processing, processing feeds innovation, innovation feeds the farms.

Farmer Education

Hands-on training in regenerative agriculture, post-harvest processing, and quality grading — designed with and for smallholder farmers across Bali and beyond.

On-Farm Processing

A working facility for vanilla curing, cacao fermentation, and spice drying — with HACCP-grade infrastructure that lifts smallholder produce to export quality.

Food Lab & Co-Packing

A shared R&D kitchen and co-packing facility where local makers, chefs, and brands can develop and produce ingredient-led products at small scale.

Material Innovation Centre

Turning agricultural waste — cacao husk, coconut fibre, coffee parchment — into sustainable building materials and biocomposites for a circular farm economy.

Education at the core

Knowledge that travels back to the farm.

We work alongside farming families and cooperatives to share what works — soil regeneration, organic pest management, fermentation, drying, grading and export readiness. Training is practical, in-language, and rooted in what farmers actually need.

Food Lab & Co-Packing

An R&D kitchen for the new wave of Indonesian makers.

A shared, HACCP-aligned space for product development, small-batch production and co-packing. The same facility that produces our highest-grade vanilla and Manah Flavours is open to local entrepreneurs who don't yet have infrastructure of their own.

Material Innovation Centre

Yesterday's waste, tomorrow's walls.

Every kilo of cacao produces husk. Every harvest of coconut leaves fibre. Every coffee batch creates parchment. Most of it is burned or buried. We are working with material scientists and builders to turn these by-products into durable, low-carbon building materials — closing the loop on the farm.

A research and demonstration space for biocomposites, natural insulation, and circular construction — open to designers, architects and partners who want to build differently.
