Every bean, traceable. Every claim, provable.
Digital Product Passports, EUDR-ready due diligence, and plot-level traceability on every shipment of vanilla, cacao, coffee and coconut sugar we export.
Our promise
Transparency you can scan, audit and stand behind.
Common Sense Trading was built on direct relationships with named farmers in named villages. That trust is now backed by a digital layer: every lot we ship is paired with a Digital Product Passport (DPP) that captures its full journey from the GPS-mapped plot it was grown on to the container it crosses the ocean in.

For our European partners, that same data underpins our EUDR compliance: deforestation-free verification, geolocation coordinates, and due-diligence statements ready for the EU Information System.

Transparency isn't a marketing claim. It's a record and we're happy to hand you the file.

Plot ID
Digital Product Passport
One QR. The full story.
ach DPP we issue links a specific lot of vanilla, cacao or coffee to the people, place and process behind it. Scan the QR and you'll see the farmer's name, the village, the GPS-mapped plot, the harvest and processing dates, the lab results, and every certification that travels with that lot.

It's the same data we use internally exposed transparently to our buyers, your retailers, and increasingly your end consumers.

EUDR ready
Built for the EU Deforestation Regulation.
From GPS polygon to due-diligence statement — we deliver everything your import operation needs to satisfy EUDR requirements for cacao, coffee and other regulated commodities.
01
Map the farm
We register each partner farm with GPS polygons, farmer ID and historical land-use data — the foundation of EUDR compliance.
02
Log the harvest
Harvest date, volume, farmer and village are recorded against a unique lot ID before the crop ever leaves the village.
03
Track processing
Fermentation, drying, sorting and grading are timestamped against the same lot ID — building a continuous chain of custody.
04
Issue the passport
On export, the lot is sealed with a Digital Product Passport — QR-scannable, EUDR-aligned, and ready to hand to your customs broker or end customer.
"If we can't show you the plot, the farmer and the paperwork — we won't ship it."
— Aaron & Yeni Lagias, founders
Every lot we export carries a Digital Product Passport and the EUDR documentation your importer needs. Buyers are welcome on the ground in Bali to walk the farms, meet the growers, and verify the data at source.
